What kind of courier do you usually use? How long does it usually take for you to ship the goods?
Because we carry a wide variety of products, the process is relatively complex and the order fulfillment is slow. Generally, orders paid before 3 PM on the same day will be shipped the same day. For particularly urgent orders, please contact customer service first to request an earlier shipment.Additionally, in order to reduce the error rate of orders, we usually enter the tracking number into the transaction information when the order is placed. If you do not find the tracking record on the same day, then the shipment will be made the next day.We enter the tracking number when processing orders, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
We default to using Zhongtong Express, but if you have special requests, we can use other couriers. For urgent shipments, you can choose SF Express, but generally the postage is paid upon delivery.Shipping is free for orders over 300. Our company has a large selection of products, and generally, items that are listed are in stock. By default, if there is a small amount of out-of-stock items, they will be shipped directly without further contact.We will make a note of any out-of-stock items. If there is a shortage, please contact customer service for a refund or transfer to Alipay upon receiving the goods. If you need to contact about a shortage, please write "Contact Required" in the order notes, so the warehouse will contact you for specific details when preparing the shipment

I have two orders and need you to change the shipping fee, but we are not here, what should we do?
If we are not at the computer, you can pay directly, as the product weight is not particularly accurate. We will transfer the excess postage directly to you via Alipay, but you need to leave a message to let us know, otherwise we won't know you have overpaid the postage.
What should I do if there is a quality issue?
If you purchase any product from our company and encounter quality issues or receive an incomplete shipment, please contact us promptly, and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible
1. Within 7 days of receipt, based on the date of signature on the shipping label, if you find products with functional defects or quality issues, please contact us promptly; claims beyond this period will not be accepted, and false claims will not be accepted once verified
2. If the buyer claims dissatisfaction/dislike/it's not what they wanted or it's not easy to sell, but the product actually has no quality issues, we will not accept returns or exchanges
3. Customers must open the package and inspect the contents upon receipt, regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged. If any product is damaged due to transportation issues, please have the relevant shipping company issue a certified proof and provide it to us, so that we can assist the customer in filing a claim. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss of goods caused by logistics
4. All customers are requested to protect the integrity of the product packaging, accessories, or related documents. If the product itself has quality issues, we will provide an exchange within the specified time frame
5. Regarding prices: The prices of all products in our store may be adjusted at any time based on various factors such as raw materials. Orders placed before the price adjustment cannot be retrofitted with the difference in price
6. If the returned product's packaging is incomplete, accessories or related documents are missing; it has been repaired or modified without authorization; it has not been used or stored in accordance with normal methods; it has exceeded the product's warranty period; or the returned product has been tampered with or mislabeled, we will not be responsible for the return or exchange
