We do not provide return or exchange services for the following items:

04 Return Process
1.Please confirm whether the item you wish to return meets the corresponding return and exchange conditions

3.Log in to your 1688 account, select the product, click return, and choose "agreed with seller" as the reason for refund
4.Once the refund specialist approves your application, please return the returned item to the following address. We do not accept cash-on-delivery items!

05 Exchange Process

If the product you need to replace is confirmed to be in stock by our customer service staff, please cooperate with us by performing the following steps:
1. Contact customer service to register the relevant exchange information, including the product's color, quantity, exchange address, recipient, and contact number.
2. After receiving the Wangwang message from customer service confirming the successful exchange, please promptly send back the exchanged item and the completed return/exchange application form, along with the item to be exchanged

3. After the product has been shipped, please contact customer service again and provide the tracking number of the returned product so that we can track it and process your exchange more quickly.
