Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding holidays). If all items in your order are from our overseas warehouses, delivery to Germany, Belgium, the UK, and the Netherlands usually takes about 10 business days.

However, if your order includes items that are not from our overseas warehouses, shipping may take 20-40 business days, depending on the seller and shipping method. You'll see estimated delivery times for every item when placing your order.

What is your return and refund policy?

Your first return for every order is free within that period, meaning we cover the return shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within a few business days.
