Shipping, Returns & Refunds

How long does delivery take?

We usually process and ship orders within 2-5 business days (excluding holidays). If the items are coming from our overseas warehouses, delivery to Germany, Belgium, the UK, and the Netherlands typically takes about 10 business days.

If your order includes items from different warehouses, shipping might take 20-40 business days, depending on where they're coming from and the shipping method. You'll see estimated delivery times for each item when you check out.

Is Shipping Free?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €20. If your order qualifies, free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout.

What's your return and refund policy?

If you're not happy with your purchase, returning it is simple! You can return eligible items in their original condition within 90 days for a full refund. Your first return on every order is free within that 90-day period—we cover the return shipping cost. Once we get your return and check it out, we'll process your refund within a few business days.
